Gemcraft Homes is the fastest growing independent builder in the region. Established in 1993, Gemcraft Homes has experienced record growth and we are currently operating six divisions spanning five states. We have residential homes being constructed in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Virginia. We are seeking a Community Sales Manager with New Home Sales experience! The main office for this position is our Western Division located in Hagerstown Maryland.The position we currently have available is for a Community Sales Manager that will be based out of our Western Division located in Hagerstown Maryland. Some of the responsibilities of this position will include:
oGreet prospects, establish and maintain relations as well as communicationo Responsible for generation and completion of sale and close of new homes
oComplete all aspects of written purchase agreements and contract related paperworkoMaintain prospect information resources and systemoImplement and monitor realtor programsoCoordinate and maintain communication with Production Department during construction of homesoImplement and monitor assembling and disassembling of sales offices, models and sales trailersoAssist in recruitment and training of sales personnel

REQUIREMENTS
- New home sales experience, Must have PA AND/OR WEST VIRGINIA Realtor License - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Understanding of mortgage and loan process - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
Community Sales Manager will be required to complete all educational classes provided by Gemcraft Homes.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos and legal documents. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and legal documents in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, realtors and other employees of the organization. Ability to read, or learn to read house construction prints and community plats.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
