We are looking for qualified Account Executives to join Fieldstone Mortgage Company, a dynamic and growing corporation based in Columbia, Maryland. The job description is as follows:
Solicit mortgage brokers and produce high quality loans which meet FMC guidelines while providing excellent customer service.

The qualified candidate MUST:
Be independent
Be eager to earn unlimited income (commission driven)
Be aggressive in sales
Possess a take charge attitude
Be highly motivated


REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
1-2 years experience in the sub prime / wholesale mortgage field
Thorough knowledge of mortgage wholesale lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Proven successful track record in Mortgage sales.
