Test Analyst

Responsible for developing and executing Test Plans and Test Cases. Must maintain good communications between internal and external customers.

Hands-on testing of assigned applications.
Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, Requirements, and Test Results summaries.
Maintain standards according to test methodologies.
Ensure good communication with customers.
Provide test status as requested.


Requirements:

- Thorough knowledge of test and SDLC methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Some SQL programming and database knowledge
Ability to write validation code (i.e. SQL statements for data selection)
Knowledge of RDBMS
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal team player skills
Ability to effectively manage workload and multi-tasking.
3 to 5 years total Software Testing experience
1 to 3 years of healthcare or health insurance industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of testing methodology.
