POSITION TITLE: Test Specialist 1
SECURITY CLEARANCE/LEVEL REQUIRED: SECRETPRIMARY FUNCTION(S)
Executes any or all processes within the Total Package Fielding (TPF) discipline. Leads teams of varying size and composition in executing these activities. Directs the activities of material fielders in the receipt and storage of all systems hardware and software including Controlled Cryptographic Information (CCI). Coordinates equipment, schedule, and facility requirement with gaining user leadership. Directs inventory of equipment packages and preparation of documentation to accomplish transfer of assets to user property accounts. Provides reports of discrepancy and deficiency to the fielding organization.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties include (but are not limited to): Installation, assembly, maintenance, relocation, upgrade, test and checkout, modification, instrumentation, fault isolation, and/or configuration and/or data management. Conducts Performance Acceptance Tests and Limited test Inspections of USMC Tactical Network systems.Responsibilities: Assemble, install, modify, test, and maintain systems, subsystems, and components. Prepare and maintain technical project documentation. May perform Configuration and/or Data Management functions and general administrative tasking. Performs routine technical writing; training; graphics design; data gathering, processing, analysis, and/or reduction. Prepares project logs, working files, and records. Supports projects in all phases of system acquisition, research and development, test and evaluation, installation, integration, fielding, sustainment, and/or post mortem disposal. Provide system and subsystem maintenance throughout the life cycle. Participates in and supports activities of multifunctional project teams.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: Bachelors Degree
Relevant Experience (amount and type): Five (5) years relevant experience.Waiverable with High School and 9 years relevant experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have valid Driver’s License
Must be able to get US Passport

Position Location: Travel (Okinawa; Camp Lejeune, NC; Albany, GA; Camp Pendleton, CA;)/Stafford, VA
Travel: Must be willing to travel on short-notice to world-wide locations and remain in travel status for extended periods, up to 365 days. Must be willing to work in hazardous duty locations.
