Software Quality Assurance Engineers

Multiple opportunities with this growing corporation. Quality Assurance Engineering of Enterprise Applications, device drivers or utilities. Test Case experience or knowledge of Automated Testing tools like WinRunner, VisualTest, LoadRunner, Silk or QA Partner, and Windows or Linux operating systems would be a plus but not required. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsible for Quality Assurance and troubleshooting Enterprise Applications, device drivers & utilities for all versions of Windows and Linux operating systems. Write or modify Software Test Cases. Report software discrepancies found to the bug-tracking database and forward them to the appropriate developer. Performs Client/Server driver tests in the TCP/IP, Microsoft networking and NetWare NOS environments. Verifies bug fixes as reported by development. Assists developers in reproducing and further defining reported discrepancies. Assists development in the implementation of new driver features and user interface.
