Six Sigma Master Black Belt

Responsibilities:
Mentor Black Belts and guide projects to accelerate execution and completion.
o Train and coach Black Belts.
o Strong technical skills
o DMAIC methodology, teaching/experience.
o Ensure understanding and commitment of all strategic decision makers, for the successful application.
o Assure application across Business Units and Functions, is consistent with our corporate vision, direction, policies and guidelines.
o Serve as a conduit for the flow of information, the sharing of best practices and external benchmarks.
o Support Champions and Business Leaders in identifying appropriate personnel to function as Black Belts.
o Ensure that an adequate backlog of projects (a project portfolio) has been established and that Black Belts are 100% dedicated to their respective projects.
o Provide education and training to executives, champions and Black Belts
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
o 2+ years as a certified Master Black Belt
o 2+years of exposure/use of other Continuous Improvements methodologies such as Lean and ISO
o 7+ years business experience positioned on the “fast track” within their current organization
o Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
o 5+ years of practical Six Sigma application and experience
