Senior Quality Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor Degree in Engineering; BSEE or BSIE or BSME preferred
*Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the high technology electronics industry
*Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standard
*Experience in Test processes; Server platform is preferred
*Able to read electrical schematics
*Knowledge of DRAM and Memory functionality and its application
*Experience working in corrective action processes with suppliers and/or 8D
*Customer oriented
*Licensed Engineer (Member of the CIAPR) preferred
*Good understanding of Quality Improvement Concepts such as Lean
Manufacturing, High Performance Teams and/or Six Sigma Process
*Strong knowledge on Process & Machine Characterization & Statistical
ProcessQuality Assurance
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
*Knowledge of MS Office software applications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
*Develop major Quality Assurance site strategy
*Drive major Quality Improvement Forum
*Manage the QA organization and the Quality Management System for the
company.
*Manage the Document Control area.
*Manage QA and Incoming capacity to meet or exceed customer demands.
*Responsible for inventory control and accuracy for RMA and Incoming areas.
*Responsible for complying with customers' RMA turn around time and PPM
levels.
*Responsible for internal and external audits.
*Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index and Corrective Action.
*Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devise methods to assess its cost and esponsibility.
*Direct workers engaged in measuring / testing products and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
*Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
*Support overall Corporate goals and objectives.
