Senior IT Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Key role in the management of company wide Information Technology Regulatory compliance and works with manager to perform the following:

(1) Assist in the creation of the Sarbanes-Oxley IT annual plan. This includes determining locations, building and optimizing the control programs, and communicating to the IT organization planned steps and timing. This work is performed in conjunction with Finance Sarbanes-Oxley Team to ensure an integrated approach.

(2) Performs duties as the Lead on larger/complex reviews. Supervise, review and participate in performing review procedures, including (a) identifying and defining issues, (b) developing criteria/attributes, (c) reviewing and analyzing evidence, and (d) documenting processes, internal controls, test of internal control operational effectiveness and efficiency.

(3) Communicates or assists in communicating the results of reviews via written reports and oral presentations to management on a timely basis.

(4) Position requires strong working relationship with Finance Sarbanes-Oxley team, internal and external auditors plus location personnel.

EDUCATION:
College Degree in IT or Finance with certification as a CPA. CISA a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidate three plus years IT experience. Major plus a mix of IT and Financial knowledge via Audit or Sarbanes Oxley experience.
