Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Black Belt to lead process improvement teams & act as change agent on transactional projects. You will communicate timely project status and ensure project-tracking database is updated regularly. You will also mentor, coach, and teach team members, Green Belts, and the broader SSR organization, as well as promote and support Business Excellence initiatives. In this senior position you will lead steering committee or other strategic teams.

Six Sigma Black Belt certified
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years in project management, specifically leading six sigma transactional projects
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of statistics and data based decision-making
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven demonstrated ability as team member and solid leader
Strong MS Office skills and an aptitude for using software applications
Willingness to travel as required
