Quality Manager - Port Huron

The Quality Manager's Essential functions are to:
- Lead and oversee all functions of the QA Department
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Crown Quality System
- Lead the development and maintenance of documentation for quality control plans, APQP's, PPAP's, process FMEA's, process flows, etc.
- Interact with customers regarding quality related issues
- Lead, train, and develop associates
REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. in Engineering (preferred) and minimum of 5 years of related quality experience; or High School Diploma and 7 - 10 years of related quality experience
- 3 years of prior supervisory experience
- Proven track record of proactively implementing and maintaining quality systems and solutions
- Prior experience working with customers on quality issues
- Computer literate (AS 400 and Office products)
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- High level of initiative and follow-through
