This person will be responsible for leading a team of quality auditors performing Quality Audits according to Brightstar’s quality standards. This job responsibility will include the periodic reporting of “Quality audit Results” to management. This person will be responsible for helping perform quality audits but not limited to the following tasks:

1.Train and direct quality auditor’s daily tasks.
2.Make sure appropriate AQL levels sampling are performed
3.Make sure all documentation is completed, summarized and filed
4.Make sure all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are completed and ready to be reported.
5.Understanding Work order requirements
6.Understanding and communicating quality problems
7.Documenting and reporting of quality issues and Metrics
8.End of day reporting and work station area cleaning

Candidate must possess positive attitude, ability to work with others and a good attendance and punctuality habits. Must be detailed oriented with good organizational and leadership skills. Have the confidence to ask questions. Have English language reading and writing skills. Have advanced computer operation knowledge with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications. Previous quality auditor experience in cellular phones a plus. Be able to stand for several hours at a time. Be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
