Quality Control/Assurance Manager

Pero Vegetable Company of Delray Beach FL is seeking a certified QA/QC Manager. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with either USDA or have managed a QC department for a wholesale produce distributor, retail produce or produce production company. Degree preferred but will consider quantified extended work experience. Computer skills required, Word, Excel and must be able to function in a fast paced cooler environment. Hours and shifts will vary and flexibility is important. Only candidate that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of USDA specifications
Computer skills Word, Excel
Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in produce
Ability to work flexible hours
Bi-Lingual a plus
Able to work in a cooler environment
