Quality Assurance Technician

Purpose: Excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician in Modesto, CA. We are government contractor and work on a variety of projects that involve manufacturing adhesives and rubbers for government projects. The position pays 12-14 dollars an hour, is a day shift and Monday thru Friday. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

The Quality Technician will provide quality checks on random samples of production items and provide test reports in accordance with customer and company quality requirements. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma. Qualified candidates will have the ability to read product specifications, blue prints and have the ability to multi-task. Candidates must be able to operate micrometer and calipers. Candidates must be computer literate and have great communication skills. Candidates will also be able to order and maintain inventory and recommend improvements or changes to test methods and procedures.
