Function: Quality AssurancePay Type: Non-ExemptPosition Number: 10301152 Quality Assurance Technician 5Employee Type: Full Time Shift AJob Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for conducting pre-operative inspection of the facility. Other duties include: inspect and audit products for adherence of Tyson and USDA guidelines; conduct necessary testing, inspection, and monitoring of activities associated with production; monitor finished boxed product for compliance; document record keeping activities; monitor and insure compliance with plant HACCP and SSOP programs; assist in special projects; perform other duties assigned by the shift supervisor.REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent. College a plus.Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.POSITION REPORTS TO: QA Manager
