Position Overview



Ensuring quality of shipped products; handling customer issues and relationships; monitoring department; budget; supervising employees; overseeing and monitoring pest control.



Principal Accountabilities:



30% - Ensuring our products meet and exceed our customer's expectations

25% - Handling customer issues and building relationships with customers

15% - Hiring, training and development of employees

10% - Recommending and following department budgets

10% - Oversee pest control program including certification

10% - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS


Required

Bachelor degree in chemistry or microbiology or biology

2 years related work experience

Supervisor experience
