REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background Required:
Bachelors Degree in related Life Science


Supervise the monitoring and inspection of the product, equipment used, and processing steps from raw ingredient through finished good.

This will also include the monitoring of ingredients, formulations, and processing procedures to ensure that production processes are in line with designed quality standards prescribed by Company policy and Federal standards.

Conduct safety training orientations with new employees and monitor all compliance programs dealing with weights, cooked product, GMP’s, microbiological control, and plant safety program.

Develop and communicate plant programs to ensure they meet compliance with government standards and HAACP guidelines.
