Quality Assurance Specialist/Associate

Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this role include performing the following duties: Participate in Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Review all GMP related documentation such as batch records, data related to product manufacturing, testing and release, stability studies, validation protocols and reports, deviation and investigation reports, labels, product specifications, monographs and other. Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures, controlled forms and related documents. Maintain paper archives (lot history records, reports, logbooks) and electronic databases. Train personnel for quality system procedures. Participate in investigations of failures, corrective and preventive action processes. Participate in auditing internal documents and departments. Maintain document creation/change/control system, GMP personnel files, and equipment. Perform qualification/maintenance/calibration/inventory system.
