Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance SpecialistSPI Pharma, the worlds leading supplier of antacid actives and a manufacturer of formulated products for the pharmaceutical, nutritional, and OTC markets, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist for it's recently expanded Grand Haven, Michigan site.
Key responsibilities include batch record review, internal/external auditing, customer audit participation, incident investigation, document control, internal/external quality reporting, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) training, and some customer service. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills with careful attention to detail. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to learn/adapt quickly to new situations.
Requirements include a minimum of three to five years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or a related industry along with an Associates degree in a science or related field preferred. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package.
