Quality Assurance Professional 3

Position Summary: Monitor assigned subcontractor´s performance. Monitor and coordinate construction activities and work-in-progress and verify that they meet the requirements of the plans, specifications, and good work practices including site access, training, etc.Monitor changes including the Change Control Board when applicable.Assure adherence to all applicable project procedures.Ensure that document control and configuration management procedural requirements are being fully met.Monitor administration of the field office receiving, logging, tracking, etc. of submittals, correspondence and records.Participate in meetings that communicate and reinforce that safety and quality are the highest priority.Monitor Job Site Rules and Regulations.Monitor work in progress and construction acceptance testing to ensure it is performed in accordance with the Functional and Operability Testing Plan.Support audits/inspections, verify the implementation of corrective action, and resolve issues as necessary.Ensure construction questions are appropriately addressed by calculations, etc. as changes/issues may occur.Review dispositions of Nonconforming Item Reports to ensure affected structure, system, or component is appropriately controlled and corrective action implemented.Monitor DCS direct equipment procurements, including Process Units, and their installations.Assist L1 in oversight of assigned contractsMonitor subcontractor performance to ensure that the most important IROFS related activities are monitored by the discipline technical specialists.
Requirements:
10 years + experience in quality Assurance / Quality Control. Must have proficient computer skills.
Desirable:
Certifications such as Quality Auditor and Nondestructive Testing are beneficial. Prior experience overseeing the certification and operation of NQA-1 batch plant.
