Quality Assurance Manager 2

Responsible to develop and establish a Quality Assurance organization that will functions effectively with all divisions while carrying out it's obligation to see that company and customer requirements are met. Maintain and develop an organizational structure that directs the activities of the Quality Assurance, and Receiving Inspection. Champion the TS 16949 registration process. Act as Company spokesperson in dealing with customers and suppliers in Quality matters. Develop and publish Quality reports to aid management in evaluating Quality performance in the organization. Work with manufacturing and engineering on corrective measures required on non-conforming material or operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Required: Bachelor's Degree, ASQC Certification (CQE, CQM, and/or CQA), and 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing setting (Piston Ring environment preferred).

Desired: Knowledge of QS 9000, communicate effectively with people, and Master's Degree.
