Quality Assurance Associate

Purpose: Quality Assurance Associate DUTIES >> Job Description: Participate in the maintenance of GLP quality systems, such as the SOP System (processing SOPs and SOP revisions), the Master Schedule of Nonclinical Studies (verifying study data), GLP Training Program (updating course materials for Trainers), and the Inspection Management Program (updating inspection procedures and manuals for the program manager). Review GLP study files for information requested for filings, and review GLP study protocols for regulation-required elements. Provide general support to department QA Specialists.

-Detail-oriented; ability to produce high quality work consistently
-Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, listening)
-Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

EDUCATION >>
-BS/BA in scientific or quality-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
-Minimum 2 years experience working in a GLP, GCP, or GMP environment (preferably GLP) in the pharmaceutical industry
-Familiarity with FDA GLP regulations
-Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
