REQUIREMENTS
Working as a Quality Assurance Analyst in our Redwood Shores, CA office, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of our products, both the devices that we build and the website we use to interface with them for both domestic and international markets. You will be our first line of defense for business applications as you use your knowledge of application testing and support as well as experience with DBA/SQL support and analysis to test our products and their many features. A general knowledge of cellular technologies such as CDMA, TDMA, and GSM will help as you push our Wherifone to the limit of its capabilities, and experience with web-based testing will complement your skills as you test the consumer interface for the product. Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in documentation, will allow you collaborate with other team members as you work to refine and enhance the documentation process we have in place. Any practical experience with Epicor in a professional environment will move your resume to the top!
