Quality Assurance Analyst - Peoplesoft

This position requires knowledge of Peoplesoft HRMS/ Financials. This is a permanent position. We are a part of Kelly Services, a US-based Fortune 500 company and a global staffing industry leaderJob Description:The IT Quality Assurance Scripting Analyst is responsible for the development of automated and manual test cases utilizing Mercury Quality Center for our configured PeopleSoft HRMS/Financial solution, as well as, other Kelly developed and vendor developed solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to: building an automated testing strategy, reviewing requirements documents, uses cases, design specifications, project plans and technical documentation in order to prepare test plans, develop test case scenarios, execute testing, document the results of testing and prepare test summary reports certifying the application for production use. This individual must follow documented software quality assurance procedures to ensure that all projects submitted for review meet company standards and end user requirements. Required skills include technical problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience with preparing test plan and test cases.Required Skills:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and CSQE or CSTE certification

3-5 years of scripting experience with Mercury Quality Center (TestDirector, Business Process Testing, QuickTestPro, Winrunner) and LoadRunner

Strong knowledge of software testing and automation methodologies
8+ years of software testing experience

Previous experience testing and scripting PeopleSoft's HRMS/Financial package or another ERP solution
Proven ability to analyze and recommend solutions to complex business and technical situations

Ability to understand how multiple applications relate to one another and the impact on the test approach

Experience with VB Scripting, databases, UNIX, Linux, Oracle, Metadata, SQL and legacy systems
