The Quality Assurance Analyst's major responsibilities are the following: providing release planning services; creating test plans and scripts for both alpha and pilot testing to designated standards; testing all solution changes against serviceability standards and accepting/rejecting accordingly; monitoring all pilot clients for solution feasibility and providing feedback to solution development and solution documentation groups; coordinating service implementations for enhanced systems, solutions, and software; assisting personnel in complex testing tasks; and directing testing procedures necessary to deploy software on hardware from various vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or information systems Software testing experience Good understanding of the Quality Assurance processes and practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills
