Join the Air Products Team! GLOBAL QUALITY MANAGER
Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, is seeking an experienced Global Quality manager for its CMP Joint Venture in Tempe, AZ.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine, define and drive quality in line with the JV's business goals and customer needs
Manage the administration, tracking and continuous improvement of the quality aspects of the business
Plan, direct and develop the overall quality programs, including quality assurance, document control, quality systems and quality systems training
Assist in establishing criteria for supplier qualifications and define programs for supplier auditing and review
Provide management analysis and reports on product quality and reliability and make recommended actions for improvements
Plan, organize and coordinate requirements regarding customer quality audits, ISO 9000, and QS 9000
Implement requirements in the Quality Assurance, Document Control and Quality System Functions
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Bachelor's of Science Degree
10+ years quality assurance and supplier development experience
Semiconductor Quality Management experience
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Detailed knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9000, ISO 14001, QS9000, SPC and SQC
