QC Manager

laminated dough experience PREFERRED!
A Minimum of 3-5 years QC supervisory experience, degree in Food Science or related degree and/or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
HACCP certified, Food Safety, Plant Sanitation and OSHA trained.
Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment with minimal supervision with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to write routine reports and daily correspondence.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, articulate, team player, and dependable.
