Environmental Project Manager

An award winning and growing firm seeks a self-motivated
environmental professional specializing in environmental site assessment and remediation to join our growing staff.
Position duties include field sampling knowledge, equipment calibration and mobilization, data calculation, and report preparation.

REQUIREMENTS


Required Attributes•Minimum of 3+ years experience in environmental compliance, assessment and remediation under the MCP, CERCLA, RCRA, and state regulatory programs

• Cost Estimating/Project Scheduling • Substantial and hands-on experience

• Demonstrated ability as a project team leader

• Demonstrated ability to develop forward looking approaches

• Excellent writing and personal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field from an accredited institution

•Desirable Attributes

• Experience as a project manager who is fully responsible for the financial and technical success of projects

• Business development experience and/or aptitude

• Experience in writing successful proposals.

Experience in environmental monitoring and analysis is necessary.
Personal computer skills and knowledge of math and science required.

Ideal candidates will have prior environmental laboratory experience.

You must possess strong knowledge of laboratory accreditation procedures, knowledge of laboratory information management systems, be proficient with a variety of lab instruments, and have a sound knowledge of various inorganic and organic analytical techniques including USEPA and Standard Methods.
