QA Manager

1. Develop and maintain an efficient Quality Management System for the company.
2. Ensure Stason's Quality System in compliance with all regulatory issues related to FDA and other applicable requirements. Compliance deficiencies must be properly and promptly addressed for resolution as necessary.
3. Hire and train the staff within the Quality Assurance Department to support the growth planned for the company. Provide support on the continuous education of Stason employees on GMP principles.
4. Provide leadership in developing and maintaining the Quality System as to stand up to inspections from Governing agencies such as the FDA agency and multiple (prospective and established) clients. The Quality System must be designed to serve multiple customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
5. Support Business Development as required to bring more business into the company
6. Work in conjunction with company management to achieve its financial goals.
REQUIREMENTS
The Manger of Quality Assurance must have well-rounded skills and experience in all aspects of QA. Requires a deep understanding of a performant Quality System, how to properly mentain it and ensure overall compliance.
The QA Manager must be capable of dealiong with site inspections such as FDA, clients, etc
Requires excellent communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where change is embraced rather than feared.
