QA In Process Inspector 3rd shift

Performs releases of the room, equipment, ancillary parts and staged materials for manufacturing/WIP processing.Responsibilities:
Collects samples of capsules or work in process (WIP) bulk as required. Conducts sampling of WIP materials for extension of release purposes, completes all associated documentation requirements and submits samples to the QC laboratory. Conducts product labeling of WIP materials (as required). Carries out routine in process monitoring during encapsulation, compression operations, and packaging at intervals defined by SOP. Carries out statistical sampling of WIP materials as required by SOP and in addition whenever required to do so. Monitors and records differential pressure readings at release and as required by SOP. Notifies QA Management of discrepancies or deviations.
Ensures that cGMPs are followed at all times. Follows safety rules. Performs related work as assigned.Job Requirements

1-2 years of industry experience or 2 years college education or a combination there of.
