By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as a Project Manager for Quality Assurance (QA) reports to the Transaction Products Sector QA Head, who reports in-line to the Transaction Products Sector Head, and functionally to the Head of Products & Services Risk and Quality Management (P&S RQM) on matters of risk. You work with Transaction Products (TP) colleagues to establish robust processes, operational controls, and documentation through effective and consistent implementation. Where appropriate, you ensure integration into the TP Control Plan. The Control Plan supports the UBS operational risk framework and related initiatives, such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 302/404, and incorporates its control standards, objectives, and certification principles. The Control Plan ensures the integrity of the TP end-to-end (e2e) processes and deliverables, through QA-led systematic monitoring, aggressive risk management, and issue resolution. You work with the Head of TP QA to oversee and manage the Control Plan. You collaborate with relevant parties to identify, report, escalate, and resolve Control Plan related risks and issues. In addition, you conduct self-directed ad-hoc reviews and as directed by line management and P&S RQM. You manage the “outcome” and follow-up of such reviews through a successful conclusion. Core QA performance objectives & activities include the documentation and change management of key e2e processes and flows as the basis for the control plan. You define and implement Sector Control Plan(s). You complete ongoing operational responsibility for Control Plan change management and its operation. You prepare, coordinate, and report on audit related activities and audit point closure management. You work with different business units and P&S RQM to ensure appropriate levels of Business Continuity Management (BCM) provision, implementation, testing, and change management. This includes Quarterly Review of TP's Disaster Recovery, testing, and system verification.Preferred Qualifications:You are a professional with additional Financial Services education or qualifications (e.g., Series 7, etc.). You have a strong understanding of one or more of the Business Sectors. You have experience in disaster recovery and audit. You have knowledge of/experience with UBS Group, Global Wealth Management & Business Banking, including SOX context. Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a Bachelor’s Degree. You are a team player and competence in project management concepts across the full project life cycle. You are able to apply strong analytical and conceptual skills in a structured, timely manner. You are self-directed and experienced in achieving success through others on virtual teams.
