Manager (Quality Control/Microbiology)

This individual will be responsible for organization of laboratory and it's daily activities, delegation of testing duties to ensure internal and external time lines are met, groups adherence to applicable SOP's, methods, specs, and regulations. Also will be responsible for microbiology support of applicable external and internal audits.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of bachelor's degree preferred. Strong background in Endotoxin testing a must. Working knowledge of Sterility, Bioburden testing (MLTs), Endotoxin testing (LAL), Preservative Challenges (Preservative Effectiveness), and Environmental Monitoring preferred. Ability to supervise others and familiarity with laboratory techniques. Knowledge of applicable USP and EP requirements for microbiological lab and GXPs.
