Maintenance Training Instructor/Coordinator

Maintenance Training Instructor/Coordinator will report to QA Manager. Performs Classroom instruction, OJT, coordinates Mechanics Training Program and develops procedures and publications for the Maintenance Department.

•Conducts and coordinates schedules and distributes training to support on-going employee and company requirements.
•Identifies, develops and maintains training materials, job aids and training posters.
•Maintains the employee records of maintenance training.
•Assists in the continued development of themaintenance programs.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have three or more years related experience and/or training with advanced Microsoft Office Skills including Word PowerPoint Excel and Access.
A&P license is preferred.
