Maintenance Inspector

Responsible for the maintenance of on-site and off-site properties, grounds and common areas as assigned by supervisor.
1. Complete all work orders assigned. This includes, but not limited to analyzing/repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning malfunctions and carpentry repairs.
2. Repair and maintain in operating condition all common areas. This includes, but is not limited to pools, public restrooms, front entrance and lobby areas, meeting rooms, fitness centers, parking lots, walkways and elevators.
3. Complete grounds maintenance duties as assigned. This includes, but not limited to weed eating, trimming and unloading trash cans into dumpsters.
4. Assist in setting common areas for special functions.
5. Remove any maintenance related debris from interior/exterior maintenance.
6. Responsible for keeping maintenance shops/vehicles in clean, organized and safe condition. Notify supervisor of supplies needed. Safeguard all supplies, equipment and tools.
7. Log repairs/maintenance duties performed daily and complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
2 or more years in maintenance. Ability to use hand and power tools. May require EPA certification. Must possess valid driver's license.
