Laboratory Manager

The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Laboratory Manager for a Large USDA Manufacturing Facility located in TX. The Laboratory Manager will oversee the testing of USDA beef, poultry and pork products. The incumbent will be involved in residue tests, microbiology, R&D, analytical studies and will supervise 4 Lab Technicians. A number of the products go to 3rd party for testing. This is a day shift position starting at 7:00 am to 5.00pm reporting to the QA Manager. Will look at solid QA/SC Supervisor with further processing laboratory supervisory skills as well.
