Inspector

To provide quality control support for receipt, in-process, and finished goods inspection.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide test and inspection functions for all production processes.
•Provide or recommend solutions and/or corrective actions to eliminate quality problem.
•Provide dimensional and visual inspection to engineering requirements.
•Aid in the investigation of customer complaints.
•Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
•Five years inspection experience. Experience with testing & measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc...
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Basic mathematical skills.
•Experience in quality control/manufacturing environment.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Knowledge and understanding of quality control system and associated procedures.
•Ability to read and write in English, must be computer literate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•Light to heavy physical effort may be required.
•Some repetitive activity
