Director of Quality Management - Home Health Company

As a Director of QA Management you will: Direct QM Performance Improvement and Medical Claims Review teams. Plan and direct development of Performance Improvement programs across all departments and oversee implementations of programs. Identify and develop methods to assess providers and overall performance. Manage performance data analysis and prepares reports. Must have ability to balance clinical operations and business processes and be able to interact with all levels of management. Must effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or the equivalent plus a minimum of ten years of home health care/nursing experience including five years in a managerial role. RN certification in the state of practice. Knowledge of healthcare, legal risk management, compliance, regulatory standards. Thorough knowledge of accreditation standards as related to payer, applicable legislation, and current organizational improvement theory/methodologies required. Knowledge of home health care required.
