Director of Quality Assurance

Shop’n Chek is seeking a seasoned Director of Client Services. This individual will be directly responsible for the management of national account contracts to provide Marketing Research data for our clients. This data is gathered primarily in the form of mystery shopping. All aspects of the program from setup to data gathering and management, to client relations and results are the responsibility of this senior position. Occasional travel and formal presentations will be required. This is a key role requiring a good blend of client relationship management, marketing and data analysis skills, business acumen and creativity. Strong time management skills and common sense are essential, with the ability to interface at the executive level within the company and with our clients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilitiesmanaging the day-to-day operations of marketing research projectsongoing high level client communications with Fortune 1000 organizationsgoing the extra mile to ensure client deliverables and full satisfactiondata analysis including recognizing trends in scoring and acting upon themensuring compliance with all contract obligationsmaking sound business decisions on a regular basisensuring renewal of assigned accounts at the end of contract term
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:Successful candidates must be self-starters with demonstrated project management, client relationship management and customer service experienceProven ability to make things happen and meet difficult project parametersBachelor’s DegreeProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerpointExceptional written and verbal communication skills
