POSITION SUMMARY: Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity for a Contracts and Compliance Analyst (Entry Level) with Combined Select Programs, a unit of Combined Insurance Company of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aon Corporation. Offices are conveniently located in Red Bank, New Jersey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Contracts and Compliance Analyst will assist CSP in the development of new Policy/Certificate Forms; analyze and evaluate State/Federal Insurance Laws for impact on contracts; coordinate filings with filing consultants or assist in policy forms; researches laws; negotiates approval with DOI's; administrative functions. In addition, is responsible for new product development.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Five years' experience in a group insurance contract and/or compliance capacity. Good knowledge of Accident and Health Insurance products, also ability to research applicable State/Federal Statues, Regulations and Laws. Good organizational and written/verbal communication skills. Exhibit tact and diplomacy. Good business writing skills, PC literate (MS Office esp. Word), analytical, organizational and communication skills, knowledge of NILS, Westlaw and Electronic Filing (SERFF).
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree.
