By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as a Compliance Analyst is to support The Compliance Policy and Training Units. You help fulfill Policy and Training tracking needs as the Learning and Management System Registrar. You maintain all courses, monitor tracking requirements, and generate reports for senior management. You act as a Technical Liaison by working with IT professionals on ongoing maintenance of current databases. You coordinate any upcoming technical deliverables. You work with the Firm Element Continuing Education group by tracking and monitoring Continuing Education requirements / compliance for all applicable employees. You conduct follow-up to assure fulfillment of mandated requirements. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional who is creative and results-oriented with 2-3 years of Compliance or industry-related experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, strong Microsoft Office computer skills, as well as experience with databases and reporting. You multi-task and can manage multiple priorities and projects, prioritize assignments, and work effectively under pressure. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated attention to detail.
