The Clinical Database Analyst is responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of data as it relates to performance improvement activities, including internal projects, ad hoc assignments, and external reporting.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, RHIT certification, and previous experience in database management and report writing. Required skills include proficiency in Excel and Access, acute care clinical coding, analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
