Functions:



Work with Business Migrations - Test Execution team to improve overall testing execution and high level testing requirements.

Ensure that CR workstream testing strategy is adjusted for the changing architecture utilized by Corporate Reporting.

Serve as overall CR lead for Enterprise Releases.

Work with CR project managers and others to develop overall testing timeline forecasting into the future and manage resources against overall timeline.

Escalate issues and ensure resolution with required stakeholders or suppliers as necessary.

Review project test strategies developed by the PMs/testing analysts in support of individual projects and refine as necessary

For more complicated projects, work with LOB/LEC/FBMI/Tax/Corporate and Regulatory Reporting to review scope of project and determine testing required

Support tests similar to an analyst where necessary due to resource constraint or complexity of effort includes analysis/reporting of results, status updates, and project management.

Coach/manage testing analysts.

Develop/envision/refine testing metrics and other tools that will assist in the overall project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS



Required Skills:

Understanding of financial/legal reporting and regulatory reporting requirements

Flexible/Adaptable to change as demands/requirements change - either due to changing global portfolio of projects, change in priorities, ever-changing infrastructure, etc.

Must be able to work under pressure and manage change

Strong accounting skills

Strong knowledge of product system, reference data and financial systems architecture. Excellent expertise in at least one area desired.

Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Project management and supervisory experience

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Self motivated, proactive, strong ownership

College degree - Accounting major preferred
