1. Provide customer service regarding the use and functionality available via ING Sponsor web site to internal & external customers.
2. Promote the self service capability of the site.
3. Solicit customers to gain insight on desired features & functionality of the site.
4. Participate in usability sessions to test the ease of use on specific technology.
5. Monitor and manage content currency on the ING Sponsor and Custom Extranet web sites.What else can we tell you?
This position is a part of a Quality Center within the service organization. The Quality Center mission is to prepare for Operational Readiness for all new technology enhancements that are introduced to the service teams.
