The Admin and Support Analyst works with the System Manager for our Loan Origination System, Mortgage Cadence, to support and maintain the Mortgage Cadence application and other ancillary systems used by CLC Home Loans.Responsibilities:
Maintain log of user access rights.
Set up new users, change security access rights of users, and deactivate users in Mortgage Cadence application and in ancillary systems used in the home loans process.
Facilitate resolution of setup issues with tech support or vendor.
Maintain other administration settings and administration documentation in the LOS
Assist System Manager to provide user support, document bugs, and troubleshoot issues with the Mortgage Cadence application
Assist System Manager in documenting changes to the systems and preparing release documentation
Support QA in administering defect logs
With scripts and supervision, perform QA as needed
Provide support for training and user testing as needed
Assist with other application tasks as needed
Learn and support other system configuration tasks
Complete other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Experience with Windows and PC applications including strong skills in MS Office
Some technical background strongly preferred
Some mortgage industry knowledge strongly preferred
Some business application experience required
Effective ability to communicate and work in a team.
Ability to manage own time, take initiative to complete needed tasks, and work with limited direction
Strong motivation to learn and develop position
