As a QA Engineer for Elance, Inc. based in Mountain View, CA, you will test our secure, high-volume 24x7 transactional web application as we create and improve our new online marketplace for services offered to businesses everywhere. REQUIREMENTS
In this role, you will capitalize on your strong technical and programming skills in WinRunner, LoadRunner, or similar applications as you test our new product's functionality. Utilize your expertise of the full QA lifecycle to review requirements, develop test plans and cases, report and manage defects, regress software fixes for new releases and patches, replicate and debug problems, all to ensure the quality of Elance software releases. Your previous experience with testing consumer Internet services, web based applications and enterprise-class system software makes you an invaluable asset to our organization. If you are a professional who follows formal QA processes end-to-end as this minimizes human error, results in repeatable testing and validates performance, we have a place for you.
