API 653 / C W I Inspector

Purpose: Large reputable Crude collection and distribution firm seeks a CWI (certified weld inspector) with API 653 certification.

Position will be responsible for inspection of pipes, vessels and tanks for the transportation and/or storage of crude oil. Strong project management skills and some on-the-job project management experience mandatory. This position will be working independent of supervision a substantial portion of the time, so a solid work ethic and a high level of initiative are necessary for the job.

Only candidates with active CWI and API 653 certifications, as well as a good understanding of tanks, need apply.
