Strategic Procurement Agent - Limited Brands - Columbus, OH

Agents will work with Limited Brands associates and suppliers to order goods and services in the most efficient and effective manner possible while applying procurement best practice and leveraging systems tools to better control and manage spending within the enterprise. In performing these duties the Agent will:
Handle all order inquiries and requests to expedite orders in a timely and professional manner.Gather, analyze and report data and information to his/her internal customers and Sourcing Managers within the enterprise.Engage customers and suppliers as well as Sourcing Managers, when necessary, to resolve supplier performance problems.Work with Enterprise Shared Services to set up new suppliers in SAP for payment and resolve invoicing errors.Train requisitioners to use ordering systems and tools as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
Previous procurement experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze situations and solve problems
Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
Strong attention to detail
