Help KAPCO be a leader in the Aerospace industry by acting as the Machine Parts Buyer for Aircraft Industry who maintaining production capacity; develops sources of, and procures, raw products; maintains raw products quality; prepares budget and controls expenses; improves operations; documents actions.
Qualifications:
• Capable of producing comprehensive documentation.

• Previous office management experience. Can maintain resource materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.

• Monitors vendor effectiveness in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

• Develops best practices. Establishes standards, policies, and workflows.

• Experience with Continuous Flow Manufacturing. Ability to develop solutions for material-oriented production and purchasing problems.

• Successfully coordinates communications, meetings, and activities among multiple remote groups or organizations.

• Plans work. Sets goals and outlines tasks to achieve them.

• Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes.

• Skilled at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses.

• Applies SPC and SQC techniques using a variety of methods, charts, and graphs to measure and record processes.

• AA or equivalent experience.
