Senior Subcontract Administrator

(WESTON®), a leading infrastructure redevelopment services firm, has an exceptional opportunity in our Lakewood office for a Senior Subcontract Administrator.Conduct procurement activities in support of project proposals and project execution following award of client contracts/task orders. Procurement activities to include sourcing, conducting due diligence on prospective sources, preparing comprehensive RFP’s, proposal evaluation, conducting detailed cost/price analysis, negotiating contracts, change orders and claims, resolving disputes and preparing comprehensive file documentation to withstand internal/external audit scrutiny.EOE, M/F/D/V. REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA degree Business Administration or equivalent and 10-15 years progressive procurement experience under federal government prime contracts. Construction subcontracting is highly desireable.
