Are you self-confident, attentive to details/follow-through and are looking for a challenging position?Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services is looking for a candidate with at least 5 years managerial experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment managing facility logistics and purchasing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:This position is directly responsible for multi-site facility logistics and security by ensuring each local facility is prepared and equipped to support operational and administrative functions as well as oversee centralized purchasing activity.Directly oversees a Facility Manager at each Novum location to ensure compliance with all Novum Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Policies as well as all federal, state and local laws.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:Candidates must further have excellent project management and organizational skills
The ability to lead staff to perform tasks according to routine and variable schedules
Knowledge of technical terms including general understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and medical equipment
