MissionStar Processing LLC is a new company that processes fresh vegetables into value added products in Salinas and Yuma. We are currently looking for the following position:

RAW PRODUCT PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR
This position is directly responsible for assuring the raw product required for processing the various customer orders is in inventory and ready prior to processing. This position will manage the just in time first-in/first out inventory to assure the freshest product is utilized for processing. Work experience with the procurement of produce to be utilized for value added processing is essential with the ability to demonstrate the knowledge of FIFO inventory and how it relates to the produce industry. 3-5 years of hands on experience is essential.
